" A lovely green outlook to the right and not overlooked to the rear with mature planting for you to enjoy your very own haven in Havering!You really must view this lovely home as it's one of my favourite properties in Romford. On driving into the large cul-de-sac, no problem parking here, you'll notice immediately the green area to the right of this property. There's a beautiful frontage to the home that invites you to view instantly making it feel homely and cared for before you even step over the threshold.The kitchen is lovely with a built in fridge freezer, double oven and heaps of storage space. There's a door to the garden so when you're cooking in the summer you have a lovely breeze to cool down those cakes and tarts.A super loft conversion makes a very large master bedroom with the option to install your own en-suite in place of the storage cupboard that is currently in use There's a large double garage to the rear of the property that could easily be used as a workshop, media room or office if you aren't going to park cars or bikes in it.

We're only moving due to work commitments, we'd never leave here otherwise! It's a quiet friendly area that we've loved living in with fabulous neighbours! It's so safe here that our kids used to play in the cul-de-sac when they were little.We've had a new patio and kitchen door installed in September 2010 and a new window in the office area at the same time. We have private access to our double garage, via a private road that serves the other houses also. There's power and light in the garage for the winter months.
