" Superbly located in the heart of Grays town centre are these simply stunning new build two bedroom houses. The development consists of four end-of-terrace properties and seven mid-terrace properties which have been built, in our opinion, to a very high specification and would appeal to the first time buyer and commuter alike and warrant an immediate internal inspection. Accommodation to the ground floor comprises of entrance hallway with door to ground floor cloakroom and also the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen has integrated oven, hob and washing machine (all untested) to remain and from the lounge are sliding doors leading to the rear garden. To the top floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with modern four piece bathroom suite. The properties are double glazed and have gas central heating (untested). Externally the properties have approximately 33ft rear gardens, all with rear access and 20ft front gardens with fence surrounds.
