What the Owner says:

I've loved the 8 years I've been living here, it's been the perfect first property for me and I have always felt very safe and secure. It's really convenient for my commute and also the local shopping - there's everything that I need including Tesco's and Romford shopping centre close by. I often shop and eat out in Hornchurch too as it's also very close.Romford also has a really good bus and rail service into London. I walk daily to Romford rail in approximately 15-20 minutes . I've renewed and updated lots of things since living here, particularly the tiling in the kitchen and a new UPVC front door. It's a great location for the Grenfell Park which is a short walk away.
