Near (10mins walk) Dagenham Heathway Station (District Line, Jubilee from West Ham or Central Line from Mile End), high street/shopping centre and Beam Valley Nature Reserve (10mins walk). 15 minutes drive from Lakeside Shopping Centre.Close to the A13 and A 12 and not far from the A406, the property is in a great location. The green and quite secluded garden attracts a variety of birds. The house is neat and clean. The master bedroom is slightly dated, but clean. There is electric throughout (no gas). Storage heating. Hot and cold water to all but the WC sink. Parking is ample, but restricted to residents. Resident's permits cost approx. 70 per year. Visitor permits can also be purchased. Part furnished as seen in the pictures attached. _________________________________________ Tenant Criteria: PLEASE read these carefully, before requesting a viewing, so there is no disappointment.
