Overall Description This semi-detached 1950s property has considerable potential for internal updating and general modernisation (kitchen, bathroom, decoration, floorings) and may even have scope for extension and modification (subject to consent) of the internal layout - as many others have done along the street - to create a lovely, even more spacious family home close to local schools, shops and other amenities. The house has been in the same family since the 1950's and currently has a front porch, decent sized entrance hall, sitting and dining rooms, kitchen with pantry and downstairs cloakroom, with three good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
