This attractive, character, family home is situated in a tucked away cul-de-sac, a short distance from the pretty village green with its duck pond and village pubs as well as Godstone PrimaryJunior School. The property has been extended and significantly improved by the current owners yet still offers scope for further extension if required subject to the usual consents. The ground floor accommodation has been extended to the rear to make the most of the great sized, southerly facing rear garden. The stunning garden room overlooks the gardens with Bi-fold doors bringing the house and garden together. The original lounge offers a cosier room with a log burner and leaded light windows to the front. The kitchen has a comprehensive range of units with integrated appliances and complementary work surfaces with sliding glass door providing light and leading to the garden room. there is a useful ground floor shower room from the hallway and a covered side walkway is a useful space for boots and wet dogs!

On the first floor there are four bedroom and the family bathroom. There are two good sized double bedrooms including the main bedroom with an open outlook over the gardens.
