" LOCATION This family home is set in a popular residential road in South Godstone. This particular location is convenient for the local shop (within the petrol station), the sports grounds and the sought after St Stephen's primary school. The mainline station is also just a few minutes away. Comprehensive ranges of facilities can be found within 5 miles at Lingfield, Oxted and Caterham, with shops, supermarkets and sporting and leisure facilities. 

TRAVEL Just a short walk away is Godstone train station with services to Redhill and Tonbridge offering links to London, Brighton and Hastings. The M23 and M25 give easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow airports. 

DESCRIPTION This property has been thoughtfully extended offering generously sized rooms for a growing family. The living room is spacious, light and airy, helped by large windows to the front. A large raised and covered fish pond is a feature of the garden, so too are the wooden built aviaries to the rear.
