Situated in the heart of South Godstone village, this property is a short walk from a convenience shop and Godstone Railway Station. A larger variety of shops and facilities can be found in Oxted, approximately 4.5 miles away, where there is a selection of supermarkets, a cinema, leisure centre (with swimming pool), a selection of boutiques, pubs and restaurants. 

EDUCATION
There are several local primary schools, the closest state school being St Stephens Primary school. All of which are currently rated good or higher by Ofsted. There are several state and private secondary schools within a five mile radius of the property. Notably the highly regarded Lingfield College school (nursery-sixth form) and Hazelwood.
