" LOCATION This family home is a stone's throw from Godstone train station with services to Redhill and Tonbridge offering links to London, Brighton and Hastings. The M23 and M25 give easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow in turn. A comprehensive range of facilities can be found within 5 miles at Oxted and Caterham, with shops, supermarkets, sporting and leisure facilities. There is a wide variety of local schools including the 'outstanding' St Stephen's primary school (0.3 miles). 

DESCRIPTION This attractive detached family home is entered via a covered porch to an entrance hall offering storage and hanging space for coats and shoes. A downstairs cloakroom with w.c. and wash hand basin is also located here. The dining room has engineered oak flooring, a picture rail, a leaded light window to the front and an opening to the sitting room.
