" A semi detached cottage offering lovely views over open countryside whilst a short distance from Hurst Green Station giving easy access into London. Situated on a residential road on the fringe of greenbelt land with views to the front and rear over open fields. Oxted is a popular town due to the fast train services to London Victoria (40 mins) and London Bridge (33 mins). Hurst Green station (0.4 miles) and Oxted station (approximately 1 mile) are both within walking distance. Oxted town centre has good shopping facilities, a swimming complex, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants and cinema. The M25 motorway network and Gatwick Airport are easily accessed at Godstone (Junction 6). There are schools in both the state and private sectors close by including Hazelwood, Oxted and Woldingham. Limpsfield Tennis Club, Tandridge Priory Riding school and Tandridge Golf Club are nearby.
