" LOCATION Located on the edge of Hurst Green village and within a short walk of the mainline station with direct lines up to London Bridge and Victoria. Oxted is approximately 1.9 miles away with a more comprehensive range of shops including a Waitrose and Morrisons, a leisure centre with pool and a cinema. Junction 6 of the M25 is within a 4 mile drive.  

DESCRIPTION The enclosed entrance porch offers excellent protection from the weather. The main entrance hall is a good space and has attractive parquet flooring and a sizable understairs storage cupboard. The downstairs cloakroom is also a generous size with w.c. and wash hand basin. The spacious dual aspect living room offers views to the garden and has patio doors that lead out onto the terrace area. The family room leads off the hall and conveniently on to the kitchen offering versatile accommodation. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a range of wall and base units with work surface over, an integrated microwave, slimline dishwasher, double oven and four ring gas hob.
