SITUATION In a sought-after semi rural position in the hamlet of Merle Common on the southern outskirts of Oxted. Local facilities are available at Hurst Green together with railway station with regular service to East Croydon and London. A more extensive range of shopping facilities is available in Oxted town centre as well as leisure pool complex, cinema and library. Sporting and recreational facilities are generally available within the district. For the M25 commuter, access at Godstone (junction 6) gives road connections to other motorway networks, Dartford Tunnel, Heathrow Airport and via the M23 Gatwick Airport. Access to the M25 is at Godstone (junction 6) LOCATION Located in the heart of Merle Common. On the A25 from Godstone at the traffic lights (Morrisons supermarket entrance on the left hand side) turn right into Woodhurst Lane and proceed in a southerly direction through Hurst Green to the T junction and turn left into Merle Common. Pass under a railway bridge and the property is located after a short distance on the right hand side.
