" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION A three/four bedroom mid-terraced house which would benefit from some modernisation.

A glazed front door opens to the entrance hall with a wood floor and stairs to the first floor. The kitchen has a window to the front and a range of wall and base units with an integrated oven and gas hob, space for washing machine and fridge/freezer. The bright and airy living room has French doors to the rear garden and a coal effect gas fire with marble hearth and wood mantel. There is a large understairs cupboard. A door leads to the extension which could be used either as a further reception room or 4th bedroom with windows and glazed door to the rear. A door accesses the wet room with a shower, w.c. and wash hand basin.

Upstairs, a good sized landing (with loft hatch) leads to the 3 main bedrooms, 2 of which are good sized doubles with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, wash hand basin and w.c..
