" LOCATION Located just half a mile to Hurst Green mainline station with a short 40 minute commute to London Bridge and Victoria this property is also on the bus route with a bus stop very close to the house. This pretty village has a small range of shops, St Johns Church, Holland Primary School and Hurst Green Infant school as well as some local pubs. Oxted is approximately 1 mile away with a more comprehensive range of shops including a Waitrose and Morrisons, a leisure centre with pool and a cinema. Junction 6 of the M25 is within a 4 mile drive.  

DESCRIPTION This three bedroom semi-detached family home is entered through an enclosed porch with windows to the front and side and a door to the entrance hall. The entrance hall has an understairs cupboard housing the boiler and meters and a downstairs cloakroom with w.c. and a window to the side. The accommodation has a bright and airy feel. The living room is to the front of the house and the dining room sits to the rear of the house with a window overlooking the garden and a door to the galley style kitchen. There is a range of wall and base units with an integrated electric oven and inset hob and space for a fridge, freezer and washing machine. The first floor landing has an airing cupboard and access to the part boarded loft that benefits from a ladder and light. There are three double bedrooms, one with a fitted cupboard. Two of these rooms are good sized doubles, the third would be regarded as a small double room. 

OUTSIDE There is gated access to the pretty front garden with a path leading to the front door. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with planted borders. A path to the side of the house gives gated access to the rear garden. The rear door from the kitchen leads out into the garden with a lawned area and a concrete path to the end of the garden. Currently there are two garages used for storage. For garaging, the up and over garage doors are accessed from the rear driveway, also offering space for parking.
