" LOCATION This home is situated between Limpsfield, Oxted and Hurst Green. Limpsfield Village boasts a tennis club, local stores and a post office. Within walking distance, Hurst Green has the added bonus of a mainline train station, and Oxted centre, approximately 3/4 of a mile away, offers a wider variety of supermarkets, leisure facilities, gastro pubs and a selection of boutiques. This home is conveniently located for both Hurst Green and Oxted train stations, both of which offer fast trains into London.  

DESCRIPTION This linked semi-detached home is entered via a porch area. A downstairs cloakroom with w.c., wash hand basin and a small obscured window sits to one side and on the other, an internal door leads to the main part of the house.
