Deposit: A deposit of a minimum of one calendar month’s rent will be required during tenancy to be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Initial Payment: A proposed tenant will be required to make the first payment of one month’s rent, deposit and administration costs either by cash, bankers draft or, if a personal cheque is presented, allow sufficient time for this to be cleared through the agent's bank.

Term: Minimum term 6 months unfurnished

Restrictions: No housing benefits claimants, smokers or pets.

Outgoings: Utility accounts, including council tax and telephone are the responsibility of the tenants, who must also provide their own contents insurance
