" LOCATION Situated in the popular historic village of Dormansland close to the local primary school, and amenities. There is a local Post office and shop, delightful park with children's play area's and tennis courts.There are several good local public houses. Dormansland train station is within walking distance providing services to London Bridge and Victoria as well as local bus services into Lingfield and East Grinstead. The M25 is accessed at junction six and Gatwick airport is approximately 10 miles. 

DESRCRIPTION A charming two double bedroom end of terrace house built post 1955. The property offers well presented accommodation whilst offering scope for improvement and extension subject to planning consents.
