" LOCATION Situated on a corner plot with countryside views to the front of the property within the heart of the village of Dormansland, this family home is conveniently located for all amenities, local parks and a village school. Lingfield is a mile distant offering a wider range of every day shops, recreational grounds and home to its famous all weather racecourse.
 

SCHOOLS There are two local primary schools that at present are rated good by Ofsted. Dormansland Primary school is 0.6 miles away whilst Lingfield Primary school is 1.5 miles away.
