" LOCATION Locks Meadow is an extremely pleasant development of similar houses. Everyday facilities can be found in Dormansland village. Dormansland is a short walk, with commuter services to Croydon and London (Victoria and London Bridge). Dormansland Primary School is a short walk away. Lingfield village is two miles with a range of shops, stores and other amenities whilst East Grinstead is just over three miles. Access to the M25 motorway is available about 9 miles north, whilst for international travel, Gatwick Airport is a similar distance to the west
 

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The front of this attractive detached house, with driveway and garage to the side, is approached by a short path. Inside the front door is a carpeted hallway with space for coats and shoes, access is offered to the living room, first floor and downstairs WC with hand basin. The living room with space for a seating area and a dining area has a large window to the front of the house and a conservatory through a door to the rear of the house. The partially brick built conservatory has a tiled floor and glass on three sides as well as allowing access to the rear garden. Off the living room is the kitchen with tiled floor, wooden wall and base units with work surface over and tiled splash back. Integrated appliances include a fridge and a freezer, a Neff double oven, a gas hob and a one and a half sink under the window to the rear. There is space for a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a large under stairs cupboard and a door to the rear garden.

The first floor landing has a window and offers access to three bedrooms, each with built in storage, the family bathroom, an airing cupboard with hot water tank and the loft. The bathroom has tiled walls, a bath with shower over, a WC and a hand basin. 

OUTSIDE The front garden is laid to lawn with various shrubs and flowers lining the outside edge. To the side of the front garden and house is a gravel driveway leading to the double garage. Side access to the rear garden is offered through an attractive metal gate which opens onto a patio area to the rear of the house. Beyond this is a slightly raised lawn with various flower beds and shrubs as well as an ornate wooden shelter with a bench inside. The double garage can be reached through the electric up and over door at the front or a door to the rear and has power and lighting.
