" The Woodlands is a small private development situated in the Village of Smallfield. The area is just on the outskirts of Horley and within easy reach of Gatwick airport, mainline rail links and major motorway networks.
Whether you are looking for an ideal first step onto the property ladder, a worthy investment or just looking to down size to something more manageable, this property suits all.
The apartment offers larger then average living space with ample room for a dining table. The bedroom is also larger than average, the current owners have an extra long bed in place whilst still leaving plenty of room for a chest of draws and there is also a full length fully fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage. Further to this there is storage in the loft, which covers the whole width of the flat.
The flat has been looked after and has a modern fresh feel to it while giving an open style living in a private, quiet location. The owner also benefits from the use of the great, well cared for communal grounds and garden.

We'd not heard of Smallfield until 7 years ago when we were driving through. Living here was only meant to be a 2 year plan, but we loved the quiet location, the country on our door step and the Village feel so much we stayed longer! Having an excellent local butcher and green grocer are just a couple of benefits of living here and something we'll miss if we are to move out of the area. Trains to London and the coast are very close by. The Woodlands itself is like a village within a village, everyone is friendly and the management company actually listen to opinions of the residents. The grounds themselves are beautiful and a dedicated local gardener is on hand to keep these in shape.
