" We will be extremely sad to leave our neighbours. As you can see Richard and Melissa love their house and especially the location, and I know if you lived here you would too. The time has arrived to move, the children are growing and they need more space, however, it has taken a while to find something they like. Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, no through traffic has been great for the children to play on their bikes, the bedroom sizes are fantastic and as you will see, try comparing these to most other similar houses and again you will take another step towards offering. The kitchen has been extended and now provides a large space, perfect for entertaining family and friends, easy for any family to fall in love with. A very cosy lounge which acts as the central hub of the house but spacious enough for all. The dining room overlooks the rear garden. Doors from the dining room or kitchen take you into the garden; a real sunny aspect, the trampoline and the footballers will have enough space to play. The bathroom is a tranquil place to unwind, the suite has been replaced recently, bath or shower you have the best of both worlds here, a real luxury.A peaceful setting with local amenities on your doorstep, fabulous schools, lovely restaurants and a train line that connects you to London in around 30 minutes.

What the Owner says:

Time just flies when you’ve had fun.We have loved every minute here and are very sad to be going. If only we could take our neighbours with us, they have been great. They look after our cats when we are away and always go that extra mile. By falling for this house who would of known it would hold such benefits. We have most recently re-done the bathroom, I must say it really is my retreat away from the children. It has been a great house, convenient for the schools and most importantly it has been great fun.
