" Set in semi rural location this spacious 5 bedroom family house has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard, but still retains many period and character features. The ground floor comprises of a kitchen/breakfast/family room, which leads to the utility room. Also downstairs is the drawing room, dining room, study and cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedroom suites, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The house is set in just under half an acre of pretty gardens, and has the benefit of a garage.

Situation
A network of country lanes offers leisurely exploration of surrounding villages, with their wide choice of pubs and restaurants, whilst the A25 at Abinger Hammer provides a fast and direct link to the A3 and A24 trunk routes for London and the south coast and the M25 for access to the airport and the national motorway network.
