" A beautifully presented detached family house that has undergone extensive refurbishment and alterations over recent years to provide excellent family living space. The current owners have transformed the property which now offers light and airy accommodation with a 'shabby chic' style finish. An impressive oak porch leads into the entrance hall which incorporates a cloakroom. The open plan kitchen/dining room is complimented by integrated appliances and a range cooker, an arch leads to a living room complete with a wood burning stove. Upstairs the master bedroom which has a vaulted and exposed timbers, has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. There are three further bedrooms serviced by a modern family bathroom, again with a vaulted ceiling.

Outside a five bar gate leads to a gravel driveway which provides ample parking and access to a garage. Gates to both sides of the house in turn lead to the rear garden, which has been cleverly landscaped. Steps from a paved patio lead up to a raised sundeck and level lawn with a curved border. A fantastic feature of the house is the detached outbuilding which measures 28ft in length and is currently being used as a games room, however lends itself for a variety of uses including an office/annexe.
