" An attractive Grade II listed cottage of immense character and charm dating from the 16th Century, extensively and sympathetically modernised. There is an entrance hall with quarry tiled floor leading to both the sitting room and breakfast room. The sitting room has a duel aspect overlooking the garden and an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There is an elegant dining room with broad quarry tiled step and staircase to first floor. The breakfast room has an oriel bay window, partly vaulted ceiling and an exposed brick and timbered wall. The study/third bedroom has a latticed window overlooking the garden. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with limed oak units, and has internal leaded windows to the dining and breakfast rooms and a door opening into the dining room. The utility room houses the gas central heating boiler, with sink, storage, space for washing machine and door to the rear of the building. There is a separate cloakroom with fitted cupboards providing extensive storage. On the first floor, there are two good sized double bedrooms with exposed beams, with ensuite shower rooms and underfloor heating. The master bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe/storage space. All rooms have good head height. "
