The owners have lived in the property for approx. five years and have enjoyed living in this environment with it's fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, gas central heating with radiators and have also taken full advantage of the brick garage, which is invaluable for parking their prized sports car.
Accommodation comprises on the ground floor, entrance porch, sitting/dining room, fitted kitchen and large storage cupboard under the stairs.
On the first floor, landing, large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and re-fitted bathroom.
Outside garden area to front and side, parking and garage.
North Holmwood offers local amenities including shop, village hall etc and is accessible to Dorking Town Centre with an excellent range of amenities and facilities together with major employers, shopping centres and mainline train stations to London.

We have been very happy in this house over the last 5 years and it has been a perfect starter home. having a garage and parking space has been ideal for our 3 car family!. The storage the house provide has been invaluable, especially the loft access. The area is very quiet, but has great transport links and is in close proximity to Dorking.
The easy access to the countryside is a key feature of the location. Many weekends have been spent walking and cycling in the nearby picturesque woods. We will be very sad to leave our first home and wish the new owners as much happiness as we have enjoyed by living here
