I have not regretted this decision since I bought the property a few years ago and I found that the accessibility to the town centre and also to more rural parts of Dorking have been invaluable to me. If it was not for a job move to Oxford I would still be enjoying ownership of this lovely property in years to come. I am confident that, whether an investor or occupier, they will certainly be as happy as I have been with the ownership of this apartment in the future.
