DESCRIPTIONA very pretty semi detached house with front and rear gardens set on a private road on the Ranmore side of Dorking within walking distance to Ashcombe School. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refitted, there is a very cosy sitting room with a working open fireplace which opens onto an extended dining room with sliding patio doors onto the rear garden. The master bedroom looks over the rear garden and there is another double bedroom to the front plus a good size single. DIRECTIONSFrom our offices in the High Street turn left past the Dorking Halls and turn right onto the A24 north untill you get to the traffic lights. Turn left into Ashcombe Road untill you get to the roundabout to take the third exit into Yew Tree Road then first left into Chalkpit Terrace and the property will be found on the left hand side.
