" 3 New Cottages is a well presented mid terrace Victorian cottage, with many original period features. New Cottages were originally built for quarry workers in the mid 1800's, who used to work at the nearby limestone quarry which is now a nature reserve. The property has an entrance porch which opens into a bright sitting room with a log burner. From the fully fitted kitchen, doors lead to a conservatory, currently used as a dining area with access out onto the patio and garden. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated to the north of the village of Betchworth in The Coombe, a private road and cul de sac placed at the foot of the rear of Boxhill. It is equidistant between Dorking and Reigate (approx 3.5 miles). Betchworth Station is a short walk away and gives access to the Reading Tonbridge line and Gatwick Express, in turn giving commuterlinks to London. At the end of the road there is a gateway leading directly into the woods and onto the North Downs Way and Pilgrims Way giving access to miles of walking. Further footpaths take you up to the top of Boxhill and the open areas of the National Trust land at Headley. Betchworth village has a post office and general store, local infant school and two public houses. Gatwick Airport is approx 20 mins by car and the M25 at Junction 8 and 9 are both approx 4 miles away.

Outside
The property is on a private road and has parking directly to the front of the property as well as an adjacent additional parking space. To the rear there is a patio area with a brick built outbuilding which is currently used as an office and another outbuilding which is a 'doggy shower', every dog owners dream! The garden is mainly laid to lawn with barbecue, additional decking area to take advantage of the sun. The garden has specimen trees and borders and backs onto the the rear of Box Hill which is a haven for wildlife. "
