Larger than first impressions suggest, this spacious bungalow has potential to extend (subject to the usual Planning Permission) and stands in a favoured setting on the fringe of the village with a pleasant outlook to the front.

Acorns has well proportioned rooms which include a double aspect 19ft sitting room. The kitchen looks out over the front of the property with views beyond. The garden benefits from facing South.

Kithurst Park is a "no through road" residential area on slightly elevated ground. Storrington village centre provides a good range of local shops and amenities and Pulborough with a main line railway station to London/Victoria is about five miles to the West. The larger centres of Horsham and Worthing are approximately fifteen and nine miles respectively. Most sporting and leisure activities can be found in the immediate area.
