" Minella sits in the middle of a deceptively spacious plot in a secluded position between Haglands Copse and Haglands Lane. Direct access is off a quiet residential cul de sac, via a short private drive leading to a gated & walled entrance with parking for several cars and a double garage.
Having been constructed approximately 20 years ago to a distinctive split level design, it has been notably well maintained and cared for, both inside and out.
