" Built approximately 100 years ago this is a delightful detached property with lovely views over vineyards and farmland. On entering the property there is a spacious entrance hall off which is the double aspect sitting room with an open fireplace, lovely parquet flooring which also extends into the adjoining garden room with double doors to the garden and with a separate front door making it an ideal office or home working space. The kitchen with its Aga and French doors to garden is a lovely size with snug just off. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a cloak room and utility.

On the first floor the large landing accesses three double bedrooms and two re-fitted bathrooms. All bedrooms which have built in wardrobes are lovely light and airy rooms.

Outside there is a five bar gate accessing the driveway parking and car barn, a further gate leads up to the garden and property.

The gardens surround the house with a number of seating areas, patio and walled vegetable garden to help with 'The Good Life'. There is a public footpath which is accessed from the driveway enabling you to walk to the Rising Sun or Queens Head public houses and local amenities within 10 / 15 minutes, or to many lovely country walks.
