" This house is a one off and very unique for the road. It is a two bedroom mid terrace modern house; they were built around 11 to 12 years ago. This is a great opportunity for somebody to buy a house on the north side of town with parking in a cul de sac location.
This house is ideally located for the town and the station, as well as having direct access onto the M25 without having to go through the one way system.Inside the house it is nicely designed with a cosy lounge to the front and a very practical kitchen to the rear, there is space for a small table in this room making it great to dine in. There is also the addition of a conservatory then access to the private low maintenance rear garden. Upstairs there is a bathroom and two bedrooms which each comfortably take a double bed. There is also off street parking for one car to the front of the house. This property would suit a vast market of buyers, young professionals, investors or downsizers.

This house was bought by my father when he was looking to downsize. We live in the local area and it was very important to him to be close by. What struck him immediately was how safe and secure he felt when in the house, and how much of a quiet location it was for him to live. He enjoyed the low maintenance aspect of the house, and was attracted to the fact his car could be kept off road.
