" This beautiful family home has such a welcoming feel. From the moment you pull up outside you can see the love, care and attention which has gone into it. This property is neat and well maintained as it has been for the last 20 years in which the current family have lived there. It is clear to see why they have stayed so long, each room is brilliantly flooded with light and you will notice straight away how functional the layout is. With a growing family this house has been great, imagine the bliss of not always having to supply lifts to teenagers, being moments from the town has afforded this!
With a number of cars in this family it has obviously been fantastic to have a driveway with more than enough space for the two cars and the children’s when they come home to visit.
Without doubt you are sure to be impressed with the vast kitchen breakfast room and conservatory. The windows and conservatory in this fantastic room creates the illusion of the outside coming in with the panoramic views of the garden. The way we live our lives these day tend to be in the kitchen and this room is something to be really proud of. You can just picture the scene of cooking the family meal with friends or family members relaxing in the conservatory or sitting round the dining room. This way the chef does not feel left out of the conversation!!

We really have enjoyed bringing up our family in this home. We are not only walking distance for many school runs but also its great for an easy stroll into town. As the children have got older and become more independent they have been less reliant on us for lifts.
This is a really lovely road with great neighbours. Everybody gathered for a huge street party on the day of the Royal Wedding and there have been similar occasions over the years for various celebrations. The friendliness is something we are sure to miss.
The garden has played host to many parties and BBQ's during the summer months and the fact it's a real sun trap and not overlooked has made it a lovely place to spend our time.
