" A well presented, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, mid terrace house which has been extended to provide excellent accommodation. The property is within walking distance of local shops and amenities whilst being within a mile of Reigate town centre & the stunning Priory Park.

The front door gives way to an inner porch area with internal door to the sitting room.

The sitting room has an attractive fireplace with marble inserts & hearth, wooden surround & mantle creating a focal point to the room. An archway leads through to the dining room which is of good size with a large under stairs cupboard providing storage space and a door giving access to the downstairs cloakroom.

The dining room opens onto the kitchen with a step between the two rooms.
