The sellers attention to detail is clear, even with the new wooden fence located to the side of the house, you are bound to fall in love before stepping through the front door. What attracted us most about property when we came to view it for the first time four years ago was the fact the road is so quiet. We also loved that we could pop on our shoes and take a short stroll up the road and within 5 minutes you are surrounded by fields as you reach the Priory Park. In summer they host many charitable events including the Fun Run which is a great day out. If you fancy a spot of lunch, we'd recommend a walk to Skimmington castle! "
