" A stunning three bedroom semi detached home that has been beautifully presented, and maintained to a high standard by the present owner. A door leads to the kitchen and has been fitted out with modern white gloss wall and base units with granite work surfaces, integrated units include a double waist height oven and hob with cooker hood over and a built in dishwasher. The sink is inset into the work surfaces. There is also space for both washing machine and fridge/freezer. The dining room opens up in to the attractive conservatory with a brick built base and pitched roof. French doors open up on to the garden. On the first floor, leading from the landing are two good sized double bedrooms, the master bedroom having built in wardrobes and a third single bedroom. The bathroom is fitted out with a white suite with a shower over the bath and contemporary mono bloc mixer tap a modern white vanity unit incorporating the sink and concealed cistern for the W.C. Externally to the front of the property, there is a private driveway with a path leading to the property and also paving with flower and shrub beds.
