" From the moment you walk into this home you don't want to leave! The house has been lovingly restored and renovated by the current owner. As you walk around the house you really do get the feeling that a lot of thought has gone into making this a comfortable and welcoming home.
The kitchen is certainly enviable having been fitted within the last year, flooded with light and very functional, with most importantly lots of storage. The lounge to the back of the house opens out onto the garden. This room is currently laid out with a clear seating area and dining space.
The bedrooms upstairs are a really good size and some of the houses have split the back room into two making it a 3 bedroom. This house however retains the original structure which in many ways is better, giving you two large airy bedrooms.
The bathroom has been totally redesigned with the removal of the wall between the bathroom and the toilet, making this room one of the best in the house. The design in this room is impressive, storage solutions hidden away and a high quality bathroom suite offering ultimate luxury.
The garden of this house is perfect for garden parties. Being on the end of the terrace the garden is larger than neighbouring properties, as well as having side access allowing guests in and out without needing access to the house. Parking is fine on the road and there is also a garage is in a nearby block.

It was never my intention to stay as long as I have in this house, however I have found over the years that this location is perfect for me. With such a short walk into town and the station it's so convenient and not always necessary to use the car which I love. If I have ever considered the notion of moving, once I have compared my location and rooms sizes, I often found that properties available at a substantially higher price have smaller rooms, making a move seem very unappealing! I will be sad to leave Wilmots Close as I have many friends here. Due to a change in circumstance however now is a good time for me to sell and as I have seen a house which suits my needs it's finally time to move on!
