" Reigate is a traditional Surrey market town, which in recent years has become a haven to fashion boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants. The location is ideally situated for the commuter with Merstham, Reigate & Redhill stations being easily accessible providing connections to London Bridge and Victoria. The M25 Junction 8 is close by with links to London and the wider motorway network. For the frequent air traveller Gatwick Airport is approximately 9 miles away whilst Heathrow Airport is within 30 miles.The town is particularly well served with state and independent schools for all ages including Holmesdale, The Priory, Royal Alexandra & Albert, Dunottar, Micklefield, and Reigate Grammar. There are good walking and riding paths locally on Reigate Hill, Reigate Heath, and The North Downs Way. For golfers, nearby courses include Reigate Hill, Reigate Heath, Walton Heath, Kingswood & Surrey Hills Golf Clubs and the RAC Club at Epsom
