Commuting is also a dream as East Grinstead train station is within walking distance and has regular services to London.The property itself offers a fantastic size lounge/diner and good size separate kitchen. Being high up there are also far reaching views and the property gets flooded with sunlight. Furthermore, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the main one being en-suite. Finally there is allocated parking.We believe this is one of the best layouts and examples in the development and needs to be seen.

"We were first time buyers when we bought this a few years ago. We had seen several flats but when we saw this one we knew we had to have it! It just felt so much bigger and better laid out than anything else we viewed.
The flat is so versatile. It worked perfectly for us as a couple but since having our first child we have been able to adapt the place to suit our needs. We both work so having somewhere hassle free was important and being high up you really benefit from the feeling of security as well as the natural sunlight that floods the rooms.
We think this will be a great first time buy or investment property. It really worked for us and we're sure it will work for anyone else."
