" It is fair to say you will be blown away by the accommodation and condition of this family home. Everything that has been done in the house is testament to the time, effort and dedication of the current owner. To sum it up in one word - WOW!Downstairs offers plenty of flexible accommodation. The lounge gets plenty of light as it's dual aspect and thoughts of snuggling up with a glass of wine on a winter's night in front of the open fireplace are not too far from the mind.There is a magnificent re-fitted 19' kitchen with granite work surfaces. A dining room, currently set out as a teenage haven and a conservatory large enough for a dining room table finish the downstairs off.Upstairs on the first floor are three considerable double bedrooms, the master with an en-suite shower room. A beautifully re-fitted bathroom, four piece non the less, is on hand to ease any arguments.On the second floor are two further bedrooms, both with restricted headroom in places but with plenty of eaves storage.Outside is a stunning rear garden with a feature decked area which is a real sun trap!To the front is off road parking for several vehicles. I've lived here for 13 years and when anyone visits I feel they will see why. The alterations and extensions we've made were done after a lot of magazine reading!It's been a very pleasant place for my son to grow up and as we're at the end of a cul-de-sac, his safety, along with the other children, has never been a concern.It's perfectly situated within about 500 yards of Royal Ashdown golf course.I love all aspects of the house but if I was to pick a favourite it would be the lounge, followed closely by the rear garden.
