" Charters Gate is a sought-after new estate situated on the fringes of Wivelsfield Green, constructed by renowned housebuilder, Cala Homes. The development was voted the Best Residential Development in East Sussex at the 2017/2018 UK Property Awards and is desirable for its close proximity to the South Downs National Park, excellent village amenities and light and spacious interiors. 71 Charters Gate Way is situated on a delightful plot with lovely gardens and features contemporary interiors decorated in a neutral style throughout. The detached family home features a well-proportioned floor plan with two reception rooms, a study and kitchen/breakfast room. All windows are fitted with Venetian blilnds throughout. The kitchen is appointed in a stunning selection of modern gloss units complemented by granite worktops and features ample space for day-to-day dining in front of patio doors which open onto the garden.
