" The current owners have extensively improved and extended the property and in doing so have created a wonderful family home, whilst installing some of the most modern technology available, creating comfortable and practical family accommodation over three floors, alongside modern touches and comforts. The principle sitting room leads into the other rooms on the floor and features a coffer ceiling with concealed lighting. The room has a full glass sliding door leading into the garden room which has under floor heating and bi-fold doors. To the front is a separate dining room and family room. The kitchen is a wonderful feature of the home and has many built-in Siemens appliances including a dishwasher and a plumbed in coffee maker, in addition to a boiling water tap, waste disposal unit and beautiful granite working surfaces. Alongside is a utility room with built-in washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and a Siemens wine/champagne cooler.
