" A substantial semi detached house with a 60โ€™ x 40โ€™ rear garden tucked away in a cul-de-sac on the east side of town within walking distance of the town centre and railway station. The current owner has been in residence for 22 years and has carried out several major improvements to the property in recent years which include landscaping to the front and rear gardens, a newly laid Tarmacadam driveway and in the last 18 months the owner has also made major improvements to the interior including: Quality solid oak flooring throughout the ground floor with matching doors, a new kitchen fitted with a range cream coloured units, a new contemporary white bathroom suite with an oversized shower cubicle (there is still space for a bath to be fitted subject to minor alterations), a new gas fired central heating system to radiators and improvements to the electrical circuits.
