A 3 bedroom semi detached house, being one of only 4 homes built to that design in 1969, in which the owners have lived since 1998. The property is situated on the western side of town within a 10 minute walk of the town centre. The accommodation includes a large enclosed porch, a living room with stairs to the first floor and a kitchen/dining room.  From this room there is access to an inner hallway which leads to a cloakroom, and there is also access to a uPVC rear lobby.  On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
