A neutrally decorated 2 bedroom Victorian cottage with a large garden which has been comprehensively updated and refurbished by the current owner in 2011. The property is situated in this well established residential road within an easy walk of St Johns Park and the town centre.

The accommodation comprises an enclosed porch, a sitting room with a fireplace and inset gas fire with a square archway to the dining room with stairs to the first floor.  The kitchen was re-fitted in 2011 with high gloss white cupboards and integrated β€˜Zanussi’ cooking appliances.  From the kitchen there is a rear lobby with plumbing for a washing machine and a uPVC framed double glazed door to the rear garden.

On the first floor the master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a cast iron Victorian fireplace.  The 2nd bedroom features far reaching views to the South Downs.  The large bath/shower room is fitted with a white suite with the benefit of a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Outside, there is a private hardstanding to the front of the house but a particular feature is the 120’ x 12’ south facing rear garden which is laid mainly to a large expanse of lawn and patio.  Area of crazy paved pathway flanked by borders. Timber shed.
