" Penfold Grange is a highly favoured residential development renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments which lies on the western fringe of the village. 114 Morris Drive was built approximately 7 years ago to Bryants' 'Thakeham' design and comprises a particularly attractive semi detached house with well presented and appointed accommodation situated close to a bridge which accesses country walks. Unlike other similar semi detached properties on the development, both the square shaped reception hall and cloakroom benefit from natural light and equally unusually, the rear garden is enclosed by mainly walled boundaries. Glazed double doors off the reception hall open to the lounge with its attractive feature fireplace fitted with a coal effect gas fire with a marble slip and hearth and with a wide archway opening to the dining room. In more recent years a good sized double glazed conservatory has been added accessed via double glazed sliding patio doors off the dining room, which takes full advantage of the view over the rear garden.
