" EPC-C. 7 Platts Meadow is a house definitely worth seeing at the earliest opportunity with its much larger than average accommodation and its south facing garden. The property was built approximately twelve years ago and in more recent years has been the subject of a a ground floor extension. The whole of the ground floor accommodation is attractively floored with oak strip flooring with the large semi open plan lounge and dining room

(the latter formed out of the ground floor extension) undoubtedly providing the 'wow' factor with Velux windows to the dining room end and wide double glazed doors providing plenty of natural light and taking full advantage of the south facing aspect. The kitchen/breakfast room is attractively fitted with a range of 'white oak' fronted units with contrasting worktops and there is space for a small table and chairs.

The first floor accommodation doesn't fail to surprise either with both bedrooms being of double size, each with fitted wardrobe cupboards and served by a bathroom in a white contemporary scheme.

DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Having reached the next roundabout take the second exit (just past the Scatts' entrance) into Newbridge Road East and then take the first turning right into Platts Meadow. Turn left into the first cul de sac where number 7 will be found on the left hand side.
