" This is a "ready to move into" delightful house set at the end of a cul-de-sac style location, therefore with little passing traffic in front of it. Although compact it is well designed and the owners have taken special care to decorate it and present it in a stylish modern fashion. Standard features include gas central heating. A particular feature of this home is it's separate rooms as opposed to open-plan living, and in particular the fact that the lounge has a large patio door opening to the rear garden which gets the afternoon sun and is used as an extra space when the weather permits. There maybe scope to construct a conservatory, subject to planning. Another great feature of this home is the fact that there are no houses at the back of it, therefore it has interesting views to the rear. Holders Close is a modern estate that benefits from a conservation pond area, enclosed communal lawn and communal refuse store in order to keep the estate visually tidy. Billingshurst itself has a wide range of facilities including shops, restaurants, leisure centre, schools and railway.

We choose this property because of it's location tucked away and being the last but one property in this particular group of homes. Parking for us and visitors is at the front in a central area opposite us. We have looked after this home from new with stylish decor to enhance it's modern appearance. Two features we really love are the lounge which looks over the back garden and upstairs the views are fabulous. It looks like there can't be any building behind us because there is the pedestrian path that borders the village along with a bank of land, that helps to shield us from the vehicles on the by-pass. Also being on the edge of the village, we can go for countryside walks.
