" 7 Cranham Avenue is an attractive, modern detached house situated in a popular cul de sac location just to the south of Billingshurst village centre. The house offers excellent family accommodation, having two separate reception rooms, together with a large kitchen/breakfast room with a good sized conservatory off. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a utility room and cloakroom.

On the first floor the master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room and built in wardrobes and there are three other bedrooms each served by a family bathroom.
