" If you are looking for a new home which has been completely modernised then look no further. Convenient for the village centre and local schools, you could not be more conveniently positioned.Inside the house is light and inviting, having been recently redecorated throughout with neutral tones and is further complemented by the laminate flooring. The large open plan design of the ground floor gives an overall feeling of space, with the large living area to the front and kitchen/dining area to the rear. The kitchen has been well fitted with a range of maple coloured units and has a useful breakfast bar and patio doors to the rear garden. In addition to this there is also a downstairs cloakroom.On the first floor are the three bedrooms, all of which have built in wardrobe cupboards, providing plenty of storage space. The bathroom has been updated and refitted, with a crisp white suite and tiling which looks great.Throughout the property is double glazed and now also benefits from a recently installed gas fired central heating system to radiators.Outside the rear garden has a westerly aspect for all you sun worshippers to capture the mid day sun. At the front there is a driveway providing hard standing for vehicles approaching the garage, with a door providing access to the rear garden.

When we first viewed our home, we could see beyond the work that was required and thought it had great potential. We thought the large open plan layout would be great for entertaining.Since moving in we have made a number of large improvements to our home including refitting the kitchen and bathroom. We have also installed a new central heating system to radiators, decorated the house from top to bottom and laid a laminate flooring on the ground floor.The rear garden is of a good size and is westerly facing, which if you are like us, you will find is ideal for sunbathing.
